Fridge, Freezer:-1) Turn on the unit ,2) rotate the temperature knob from maximum to minimum for 6-7 times, 3) Unplug and set the temperature knob to minimum and leave it idle for 30mins

Where are the buttons for the deep freezer from Igloo product! There are two lights–red for power and green for run! I’m trying to get air inside the deep freezer that I have food stored like frozen chicken and and sausages. If you have questions, please let me know! Or maybe the motor inside the deep freezer is not or stopped working!
