Buzzing Sound

* Check if the unit is placed near an object that may be interfering with the cooling system motor area.
* Unplug the unit for 1 minute and plug back in – Reset

Door not closing securely

Check if the Door closed Securely
Check with the door seal if any foreign objects are in seal area.

Leakage / Water Leaking

Check if the leakage is from the bottom of the unit and if plug is in drain (if applicable)
Check with the temperature on the freezer settings (cold enough).

Making Ice in the Unit ( Frozen)

Check overall temperature setting / try to decease temperature setting
Check if all door seals are in contact with frame / chassis.
Clean door seals with damp cloth (made with warm water and mild dish soap) and dry thoroughly

No Power

Check if the power cord is damaged
Check the power cord is plugged in
1) Turn on the unit ,2) rotate the temperature knob from maximum to minimum for 6-7 times, 3) Unplug and set the temperature knob to minimum and leave it idle for 30mins
Check with the different wall outlet (Home)

Not Cooling

Check if the Door closed securely
Check if the power cord is damaged
Check the power cord is plugged in

1) Turn on the unit ,2) rotate the temperature knob from maximum to minimum for 6-7 times, 3) Unplug and set the temperature knob to minimum and leave it idle for 30mins

Not Making Ice

Check if the lid or door is closed securely
Check if the water is filled
1) Turn on the unit ,2) rotate the temperature knob from maximum to minimum for 6-7 times, 3) Unplug and set the temperature knob to minimum and leave it idle for 30mins

RESET FOR Fridge, Freezer

Fridge, Freezer:-1) Turn on the unit ,2) rotate the temperature knob from maximum to minimum for 6-7 times, 3) Unplug and set the temperature knob to minimum and leave it idle for 30mins

RESET for Ice maker

turn on the unit, press and hold the power button for 8-10 seconds, 2) Drain all the water out from the unit leave it idle for 30mins, Make the ice cube size small

RESET for Water Dispenser

Switch of both the switches Blue and Red at the back panel of the unit, 2) unplug and leave it idle for 30mins

No Power

* Check the power cord is plugged in
* Check if the power cord is damaged
* Check with the different wall outlet for power
* Check with the led Light Indication

Automatically Turns ON/OFF

* Check if the power cord is damaged
* Check with the different wall outlet
* Check with the led Light Indication

Not Cooling

* Check if the power cord is damaged
* Unplug the unit for 1 minute and plug back in – Reset
* Check with the different wall outlet
* Check with the led Light Indication

Error message on LCD Screen

* Check with the error message
* Unplug the unit for 1 minute and plug back in – Reset

fridge too cold / or food frozen in fridge area

* Check he temperature settings
* Try to reduce the unit Temperature
* Check if the Drain pipe is Blocked

Not Heating

* Check if the power cord is damaged
* Unplug the unit for 1 minute and plug back in – Reset
* Check with the different wall outlet
* Check with the temperature set at least 3 degrees above current room temperature
* Check if the temperature properly set by the remote control . ( If the unit has a remote)
* Check if the windows and doors are properly closed
* Check if the ventilation fan has stopped
* Check if there any objects blocking the air inlet or outlet of the indoor/outdoor unit
